unfolding in warmth.

As I wrote last week, I have reviewed Ackworth Born's book The Art of Haiku.
If you would like a resource for writing haiku, please take the time to read the review.

  1. Have you ever run out of words? I studied Haiku in Japan and one of the ladies claims she quit. Ran out of new words she said. I can't imagine that.

    Your work is nice.

I posted a picture of my furry mother for Mother's Day. She was so special we considered her part of our family.

  3. I love 'budding leaves unfolding in warmth'! That's exactly how I felt a few weeks ago as my pecan trees started to leaf out.

The deleted comment was mine, I was logged in as my cats! :)

  7. There is beauty on the exterior of those woods that is fed by the mystery and depth of the woods themselves. Wonderful poem, wonderful photo. Baby leaves intrigue me.
