I finally got a great tripod, an expensive one. So I went out and took night photographs. The photo above is the Big Dipper, even though you can't tell because of the way I took the photo. Below is the moon sinking behind the trees in the mist. These are not great at all, but I'm excited because soon I will get those great old shots of the moon like I used to get with that old, small Kodak!
