Macro Monday: Rose Hips in New Haven

We were in New Haven this past weekend visiting my daughter, Anna, at City Point. It was so warm that we didn't have to wear jackets or boots! John and I took a walk at New Haven Harbor like we always do, and I photographed these rose hips from last summer. There were no flowers yet, which was disappointing. But New Haven is a photographic heaven for nature photography and urban photography.

  3. Excellent image. You might crop a bit to make it more powerful. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I made another string stabilizer and I'm planning on testing it tomorrow with film in my camera. It's a perfect substitute for a monopod.
