Sky Watch Friday: My Front Yard

A tumbled section of the fence with Northern bedstraw and crown vetch.

Northern bedstraw.
The colonists used this abundant plant to stuff their mattresses in the old days.

Amy's tomatoes (Brandywine heirloom) are beginning to bloom in their pots near the fence.

  1. This is a lovely view … the sky and wildflowers are wonderful. I enjoyed the close up of flowers too. I shared a view from MY front yard this week for Sky Watch at Sacred Ruminations on Friday.
    Hugs and blessings,

  7. What a wild and wonderful frontyard. I can almost smell the sweetness rafting up from the flowers.
