This looks like it's my parent's old barn. I don't know that it was ever a factory. It wasn't big enough for manufacturing, but I think the upstairs was a hayloft. I used to love exploring it when we lived in the house next door.
My mistake, my step-dad said that the bottom was a livery stable, but they put together Model-T cars on the top floor. There was a road on the bank behind it.
This looks even better in the snow.
