On Sunday, April 11, 2010, after weeks of moving, we left New Hampshire for the last time and returned to our home in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont! John has sold his properties in New Hampshire and we have decided to settle here. It's wonderful being back even though I miss the people and places in central New Hampshire that I learned to love — if only one could live in two places at once. I look forward to returning often for visits. But stay tuned for new and exciting adventures in northern Vermont!
Forsythia is very rare here in the Kingdom. There is a bush at a neighbor's house down the road that is doing well. Usually the bushes are sparse and thin next to the ones in central and southern New England.

What beautiful images! These photos must hold a lot of meaning, and I can certainly understand why.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to hearing about your new adventures in the NEK. I lived in Lyndonville about 15 years ago and loved it up there. Take care.
