A Winter Supper

Occasionally in the darkest, coldest (see my sidebar for the local temperature) part of winter, I have a yen to cook. It happened yesterday. I baked bread (another loaf sits in my bread container behind the macaroni casserole), and then I made macaroni & cheese, pumpkin pie and glazed carrots. The crust on the pie is an organic, locally made crust that I bought at the store. The carrots are Canadian. Cheese and butter is from Cabot Creamery. Milk and eggs are local.

Good news! My Internet will be back on Friday!
